The Dragonmaster’s Wing

The Dragonmaster’s Wing, also known as the Board of Dragons, is a small, select group of members from the club who help make sure that the club runs smoothly.

Joining

New members will be accepted only when needed. A journal will be posted requesting new members when they are needed. To join, please read the duties and requirements listed below, then send a note to the club if you think you’d be able to help. Being a Board member isn’t difficult, but it does have some responsibilities. New members are chosen by current Board members.

Duties of the Dragonmaster’s Wing

Participate in special forums and chat sessions to discuss new ideas or changes to the club.
Help polish contest ideas, and judge them when they are finished.
Occasionally search the club for anything inappropriate.
Perform other small tasks that may be assigned occasionally.

Requirements

Check for forums or chat sessions once per week, even if there aren’t sessions that often. You must participate in most, if not all, of the forums and chat sessions for the Board.
You must be able to judge a contest fairly, and according to the rules given. Contests are not always judged based on artistic skill, so you must be able to set aside what may be your favorite piece in order to vote for the piece that fits the criteria of the contest the most.
Be willing to carry out a task that may be assigned to you, and complete it as soon as possible. If you are unable to do the task, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can ask someone else to complete it.

Benefits

Board members will be able to participate in exclusive chats and role plays, and will likely be the first to know about events within the club.
Board members will be able to play an active role in making the club more fun and user-friendly.
Board members may call Board meetings if they have a concern about the club, and to express their concern in front of the other members in order to possibly make a change to fix the problem.
